I’m Sam Rossiello—a Houston native, entrepreneur, creative thinker, and, if I’m being modest, an above-average husband and dad. My journey so far has been anything but linear, filled with the highs of big wins and the lows of learning moments (a kinder way of saying failures). Along the way, I’ve discovered what it means to lead, create, and constantly grow.

Here’s what I know for sure: being a great leader isn’t about knowing it all—it’s about wanting to know more. It’s about showing up for your team, caring deeply about their growth, and never losing sight of the big picture. Leadership, like creativity, is a muscle you have to work on every single day.

Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled businesses, crafted campaigns, led creative teams, and optimized workflows. I thrive at the intersection of creativity and strategy, whether that’s launching a brand, directing a commercial, or mentoring someone to take the lead themselves.

Outside the grind, you’ll find me chasing after my kid, obsessing over our family holiday card design, or trying to convince my dogs that the front porch cats aren’t their mortal enemies.
